About
Zheming is the UK Country Manager of OWC. He has over 17 years’ experience in offshore wind development and other offshore energy projects across Europe, Middle East, Africa, the US and Asia Pacific regions.
Zheming has a PhD degree from the University of Cambridge, and is a Chartered Civil Engineer with ICE and Chartered Marine Engineer with IMarEST.
Prior to OWC, Zheming worked with Atkins and Wood to provide engineering consultant services for offshore wind and O&G development, specialising in integrity management of offshore platforms, site investigation management, soil characteristic interpretation, geotechnical and foundation design, advanced FE and seismic risk assessment.
