Numan Bilgner

Numan Bilginer is OWC’s Global Head of Owner’s Engineering, Onshore, leading the company’s global support to developers, investors and asset owners across onshore wind, solar PV and energy storage projects. With more than 18 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and exposure to over 30 GW of projects worldwide, Numan has extensive expertise in Owner’s Engineering, project delivery, construction oversight, and asset performance optimisation. 

Prior to joining OWC, Numan held a range of senior technical and leadership roles within the renewable energy industry, delivering projects across multiple international markets. Throughout his career, he has supported clients across the full project lifecycle, from development and financing through construction and operations, providing technical assurance and helping to maximise onshore renewables project value.  

At OWC, Numan is responsible for growing and developing OWC’s global Owner’s Engineering business while supporting clients in the successful delivery of onshore renewable energy projects worldwide.
