Carol Murphy

Carol Murphy (BEng in Energy Engineering) has over 12 years of experience in the solar PV industry, working as a technical consultant since 2011 with a focus on Independent Engineering. She has provided technical advice to a range of clients, in the UK, Europe and globally, with a focus on large-scale ground-mount solar. She has carried out technical due diligence on multi-MW portfolios of projects at varying stages of development, from early-stage feasibility, through to operational plants. She has also undertaken module factory audits and country market studies and provided technical support to develop robust key contractual documents. 

Carol has also worked on the project delivery side for local government, bringing experience from the client’s perspective to her role as Head of Independent Engineering (Onshore) for ABL Group.
