What first sparked your interest in the renewables sector?
My drive to enter the renewables industry came to fruition when I was volunteering with a group called WindAid based in Trujillo, Peru where we built and installed small scale wind turbines for communities without access to grid power.
At this time, I was still a year away from graduating from Dartmouth but seeing the way renewables can positively impact a community, both big and small, helped spark my passion for the field.

Can you share with us a little about the Wind Due Diligence team – how does this enhance our wider service offerings?
The Wind DD team is comprised of experts in both the US and internationally who can provide technical support for onshore and offshore wind projects in various stages of development, construction, and operation. We are closely integrated with our colleagues who lead the solar and battery storage due diligence work and thus can provide our clients with independent engineering, owner’s engineering, and technical due diligence services across their broader renewables’ portfolio.
Are there any emerging innovations or technologies in the sector that particularly excite you?

Anything related to offshore wind has always piqued my interest!
If I had to pick something, I’d say I’m excited to see how engineers innovate foundation structures to make deep-water installations off the west coast of the United States feasible.
What has been your favourite part of working within the ABL Group?
As the newest member to the US team, it has been great to meet new colleagues who live everywhere from Seattle, New York, London, Dubai, and everywhere in between! Learning from such a diverse group with a breadth of knowledge and experiences has been invaluable.
why do you encourage clients to join us at Infocast – Solar and Wind Finance and Investment next week? What can they expect?
Infocast provides a great opportunity for anyone in the renewables industry to network with key industry players, attend informative sessions, and gain valuable insights to drive their projects forward. The OWC team is excited to reconnect with current clients and highly encourages anyone who does not yet know us to reach out to see how we can support your pipelines!
