Project summary:

Bid advisory support to offshore wind developers, industry giants and financial investors.

OWC supported a large number of offshore wind developers, industry giants and financial investors from wind resource calculation over site assessment up to bid advisory over the years 2023 and 2024.

The site assessment contained the evaluation and ranking of 22 different constraints (e.g. technical, environmental, permitting) for all 13 sites, totaling 16.8 GW of capacity, which have been auctioned in 2023 and 2024.

In addition, in 2024, OWC consulted an international offshore wind developer with its entrance into the German market as its bid advisor. The collaboration contained a detailed regulatory analysis as well as bid advisory support.
