James has worked as an Engineering and Project Manager in the offshore wind industry since 2008. James is a chartered civil engineer and has led highly analytical, detailed design projects in the geotechnical engineering space, through to high-value client-side package and engineering management. James has worked in owner engineering and direct employment roles for several international offshore wind developers. James has been responsible for the optimisation of project investment cases through value engineering and leveraging of technical, commercial and strategic opportunities.
