OWC Appoints New Country Management for France and Germany

OWC has appointed new country managers to lead its operations in Germany and France, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the rapid expansion of offshore wind across both markets.

Renewables’ specialist Lisa Keaton will head OWC Germany, while experienced offshore and structural engineer Pierrick de Belizal takes on leadership of OWC France.

Lisa Keaton | Country Manager, OWC Germany

Lisa brings more than 15 years of experience across offshore and onshore wind in Germany, covering concept design, permitting, and strategic advisory for developments across Europe and Latin America.

Previously Head of Offshore Wind Advisory for Germany at Ramboll, she has an extensive understanding of the German market and its regulatory and technical landscape. Her earlier career includes offshore wind publications at COWI and onshore market entry for Chinese OEM Envision, equipping her with a broad market perspective grounded in hands‑on delivery experience.

Pierrick de Belizal | Country Manager. OWC France

Pierrick is an experienced offshore and structural engineer with a background spanning offshore structures, wind turbine and substation foundations, floating technologies, certification of offshore structures from basic design to detail design and construction including shipyard operations. Since joining Innosea in 2017, he has held several senior technical roles, contributing to many of France’s flagship offshore wind projects.

Following the 2024 rebranding of Innosea to OWC France, Pierrick is now leading the expanded team as France accelerates fixed‑bottom and floating wind development.
