Cliff Pullen is a seasoned Director with over 20 years of experience in offshore wind asset management and infrastructure development. He has consistently delivered commercially impactful outcomes by working closely with senior leadership teams, board directors, shareholders, and operators to enhance business performance and long-term value.

Cliff has successfully led global cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex, multimillion-pound projects. His expertise spans offshore engineering infrastructure, quality management, and global engineering operations. He is widely recognised for his strategic insight, technical proficiency, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through clear and effective communication.

He has deep experience in managing technical due diligence and operational processes to support the acquisition and operation of renewable energy assets, ensuring thorough evaluation and risk mitigation. Post-acquisition, Cliff has overseen the seamless integration of assets into operational portfolios, representing owners’ interests at Board level and ensuring the success of the Asset.

Cliff brings a unique blend of technical, financial, and commercial acumen to asset management. Prior to joining OWC, he held senior roles at leading organisations including Octopus Energy Generation, Ørsted, and RPS Group.
