Cliff brings extensive experience in technical and commercial management across the full lifecycle of renewable energy assets, including offshore and onshore wind, solar PV, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). His appointment marks a strategic step in expanding OWC’s end-to-end asset management offering, helping clients turn plans into performance from FID through to decommissioning.
With a proven track record in governance, risk management, and commercial optimisation, Cliff will lead the development of OWC’s Asset Management service line – designed to maximise returns, ensure reliability, and maintain compliance for asset owners and operators across global markets.
