Can you give us a glimpse into your day-to-day life at OWC?
Working at OWC is an incredible experience, full of challenges and constantly changing responsibilities.
The environment is dynamic and collaborative, and I get to do a bit of everything the project needs, which makes each day exciting and unique.

What inspired you to join your profession?
Because I believe electrical engineering plays a fundamental role in the energy transition toward a more renewable future. The opportunity to contribute directly to the development of renewable energy sources, such as floating solar, offshore wind, and BESS, was one of the main motivations behind my choice.
Can you share with us something exciting you are currently working on?

I’m currently working in an international environment, which has been an incredible opportunity for professional growth. I’m involved in renewable energy projects around the world, where I’m developing technical knowledge and gaining insights into various renewable technologies.
My goal is to bring this know-how back to Brazil and support the local development of renewable energy sources, contributing to the country’s energy transition.
Looking ahead, what do you think is key to driving sustainability in your region?
For me, sustainability in the energy sector means expanding and integrating diverse renewable technologies into an interconnected and reliable grid. This requires investing in innovation to ensure smooth operation, improving energy storage solutions, and developing supportive regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies.
Besides work, what do you enjoy most working within the ABL Group?
What I enjoy most at ABL Group is the great work environment. People are highly skilled and always willing to share knowledge.
The company also provides strong support to help employees reach their full potential at work.
