Gill Howard-Larsen is a recognised leader in global energy and renewables with over 30 years of experience in international infrastructure development, project financing, and technical due diligence totalling 20+GW. She is a seasoned and recognised expert in greenfield development, M&A, technical due diligence, deal negotiation and execution, business strategy, developing client relationships and building high performing teams.
Gill leads our technical advisory and engineering teams, supporting the development, financing and M&A of both offshore and onshore renewable energy projects across North and South America. Prior to joining OWC, Gill spent the last decade building and then leading a global Independent Engineering and Lenders’ Technical Advisory Practice of ~300 professionals at UL Solutions.
Ms. Howard-Larsen holds a BA and MA from Cambridge University and has completed finance and executive leadership classes at London Business Scholl and MIT. Gill has previously been recognized in the Top 100 Women in Power List, the North America Power List and Top 40 Women in Energy Storage List.
