Hakim Mouslim to lead OWC’s European Operations  

We are pleased to announce the appointment of marine renewable energy specialist Hakim Mouslim to the role of Regional Director for OWC in Europe. Hakim’s new position expands on his current role as Regional Director for Southern Europe and North Africa.

A highly experienced engineer with a particular expertise in project and contract management for offshore energy projects, financial engineering and technical due diligence, Hakim’s project portfolio includes expertise in fixed and floating offshore wind, floating solar PV, hydrogen production and tidal energy development.  

In 2012 Hakim co-established the Nantes-based engineering consultancy, Innosea, dedicated to the advancement of marine renewable energy technologies. Under his direction, Innosea has grown to become a leading international consultant in green energy research and development (R&D), floating solar PV development and marine systems engineering. Its expansive track-record in offshore wind includes highly specialised skillsets in integrated loads analysis, WTG and foundation modelling, and numerical modelling to support optimised offshore wind performance.  

As Regional Director for OWC, Hakim will oversee the development of OWC’s European operations across onshore and offshore wind energy, solar PV, energy storage and wave & tidal energy. OWC Europe currently includes offices in France, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Poland and Greece. The region also collaborates closely with OWC’s operations in UK and Ireland.

Hakim will start his new role effective immediately.  

OWC is the renewable energy branch of global consultancy ABL Group. Its European operations include specialised consultancies, Innosea – OWC’s branch in France, and WTG and offshore wind operations consultancy Delta Wind Partners – OWC’s branch in Denmark.
