Isao Terasawa

Isao Terasawa is Country Manager, OWC Japan.

He has worked as a Power Sector Technical Advisor (TA) in Japan since 2011, with numerous hands-on experiences previously having attained since 1979.

For the last six years, he has been extensively involved in major offshore wind projects in Japan as a core member of a UK consultancy, thus making him one of very few offshore wind technical advisors in the Japanese market.

Specifically, provided owner’s and lender’s advisory services for three pioneering offshore wind projects in Japan and led one of them to successful financial close (others are in progress).
