OWC Brazil at ProEnergia Summit
One of OWC’s Hydrogen consultants in Brazil, will be attending the country’s ProEnergia Summit – the country’s biggest energy event, held 20th to 21st September 2023, in Fortaleza, Ceará State.

What will be discussing:
Brazil is expected to become one of the world’s most competitive producers of green hydrogen, with its abundant renewable energy resource, including solar PV and wind power onshore and offshore.
Currently a number of green hydrogen and export hubs are under feasibility assessments, including at the Port of Pecem, in the same state of this conference.
OWC will be discussing the roadmap to supporting the construction, operations and market competitiveness of the Port of Pecem, and other locations under the microscope, as future green hydrogen hubs, including:
- Value chain readiness
- Conversion and scaling up of existing infrastructure for production, transportation and storage
- Roadmap to development marine value chain for export and import
- Ports and harbour infrastructure feasibility and development
- Cost engineering to ensure optimisation throughout a project’s lifecycle
